Program Enrollment Agreement
This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between The Crypto Code / The Info Marketing Group Inc. (“Company”) and the undersigned participant (“Participant”) for enrollment in The Crypto Code (“Program”).
1. Program Access and Benefits
Upon execution of this Agreement and receipt of payment as outlined below, Participant will receive full access to the Program, including all training, support, and resources provided by the Company.
2. Program Fee
The Program enrollment is structured as a Pay Over Time plan.
- Participant agrees to pay $249 per month for 18 months via ACH bank transfer.
- This totals $4,482 over the full 18-month term and includes both the Program training and the $97 monthly mastermind membership.
3. Payment Terms (ACH Only)
- All payments will be made exclusively via ACH bank transfer.
- Monthly payment plan participants authorize recurring ACH transfers until the Program balance is paid in full.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of Program access until the account is brought current.
4. Program Access & ACH Processing
When paying via ACH, funds may take 2 to 5 business days to process and confirm. Program access will only be granted once funds have fully cleared.
- Participant will receive an email confirmation from [email protected] once access has been activated.
- Participants are welcome to contact [email protected] at any time for updates on payment status and access.
5. Default and Collections
If Participant fails to make a payment when due, the Company may, at its discretion:
- Suspend access to the Program until the balance is paid.
- Accelerate the remaining balance, making the full amount immediately due and payable.
- Refer the account to a third-party collections agency, and Participant shall be responsible for any reasonable collection costs, including attorney’s fees, incurred by the Company in recovering amounts owed.
6. Bonus Hardware Wallet
As part of this Program, Participant will be eligible to receive a bonus hardware crypto wallet. This wallet will be shipped after the Participant has made their 9th monthly payment in full.
To claim the wallet, the Participant must email [email protected] after their 9th payment has been successfully processed.
7. Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after enrollment.
Note: Program fees cover only the training and mastermind membership as described herein. Costs associated with any optional third-party tools (e.g., TradingView, 3Commas) are not included in Program fees and are non-refundable.
8. No Cancellation
By signing this Agreement, Participant acknowledges and agrees that enrollment is for the full 18-month term. The Program fee is not a month-to-month subscription that can be canceled at will, but a payment plan for the total Program cost of $4,482. Participant remains responsible for all payments, regardless of participation or completion of the Program.
9. Mastermind Continuation After 18 Months
After completion of the initial 18-month term, Participants may continue their Mastermind membership at a rate of $97 per month.
- Payment for continued membership will be made via credit card.
- To set up ongoing membership, Participants should contact [email protected] for instructions.
- This continuation is optional and can be canceled at any time by the Participant.
10. Participant Commitment
Participant agrees to actively engage with the Program materials, apply the strategies taught, and maintain good standing with all payment obligations.
11. Personal Guarantee
If Participant enrolls under a business entity, the individual signing this Agreement personally guarantees payment of all amounts owed under this Agreement. This guarantee is unconditional and remains in effect until all obligations are fully satisfied.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State]. Any disputes arising under or related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of [Your County], [Your State], and the Participant consents to the jurisdiction of those courts.
13. Non-Disparagement
Participant agrees not to make any false, misleading, or disparaging statements (whether written, oral, or online) about the Company, its programs, or its representatives. Constructive feedback should be directed to the Company privately. This provision does not limit the Participant’s ability to provide truthful statements as required by law.
14. Optional Third-Party Tools
As part of the Program, Participants may choose to use additional third-party tools to enhance their trading experience (such as TradingView, 3Commas, or similar platforms).
- These tools are not required to complete the Program, but they are recommended for maximizing results.
- Costs for such tools are paid directly to the third-party providers and are separate from Program fees.
- Typical monthly costs for these tools may range from $35 to $150, depending on the specific services chosen.
- The decision to purchase and use these tools is entirely optional and at the Participant’s discretion.
15. Risk Disclaimer
Participant acknowledges and agrees that trading cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk. There is no guarantee of profits, and it is possible to lose part or all of the capital invested. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
This Program is not a get-rich-quick scheme, and results vary depending on effort, experience, and market conditions. By enrolling, Participant affirms that they understand these risks and accept full responsibility for any trading decisions made.
Losses incurred through trading activities do not entitle Participant to a refund of Program fees. All Program sales remain final.
16. Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the entire
understanding between the Company and Participant. No other promises or representations outside of this Agreement shall be binding.
